Dan is a concept creative first, copywriter second with almost 10 years of experience working for big brands and global agencies. He started his career at infamous VICE, back when it was still cool, where he learned that branded content can be fun and culturally relevant. Since then, he’s launched global campaigns for Mercedes-Benz, worked a few years down under, helped an iconic bank back on their feet after a PR disaster, refreshed Germany’s best-selling beer brand, bagged a uni degree in literature and a couple of awards, too.
Building his career at the intersection of brand and social, Dan doesn’t distinguish between the two but believes in ideas that disrupt beyond media channels. The simple, sticky, and surprising ones. Especially when they’re based on a neat strategy.
